From Japan to the World, Sake no Hana Series

For us, "Sake no Hana" is a craft beer made using "traditional Japanese sake yeast" and "high-quality sake lees." *Trademark registered

While taking advantage of the characteristics of each beer style - Saison, Pale Ale, Session IPA, Weizen, Red Ale, and Hazy IPA - we use sake yeast and sake lees in an exquisite balance to enhance the complex, rich flavor and pursue compatibility with Japanese food.

Reasons for choosing the Sake no Hana series

Directly managed beer house funsbrewing BEERHOUSE OSAKA

Hoping to allow more people to experience the pairing of sake lees beer and Japanese food, we opened our own beer house in the Horie area of Osaka in October 2012.

We have 10 taps of craft beers selected by us from all over Japan, including the "Sake no Hana Series," which we rotate weekly. This is a space where you can enjoy pairing new beers with Japanese food every time you visit. We also have a food menu exclusively for the "Sake no Hana Series." Please come and try the pairing experience.
