~Until this beer is made~
In search of a taste that brings out the feeling of Japan
We want to enrich the experience of people visiting Japan. We want them to gain a deeper understanding of the charms of Japan through beer. With this in mind, we first conducted a survey of 100 foreign visitors to Japan. We conducted detailed interviews about Japanese food culture as well as their favorite beer styles. The idea of a sake-based beer came from the feedback that "I'm interested in beer that has the aroma of ginjo sake."
Savor the delicious flavor of sake yeast and sake lees, enjoy the aroma that lingers in the glass, and enjoy it with Japanese food.
The Sakanohana series aims to be the beer that will amaze you three times: by drinking it, by fragrant it, and by pairing it with other drinks, making it the most enjoyable beer in the world to enjoy Japanese food.
"Sake no Hana" means sake yeast and sake lees, and we hope that this series will not only be a very Japanese experience, but also provide an auspicious experience.
This drink is intended to have a flavor that harmonizes with Japan's delicate food culture, while retaining the sake lees that characterize the Sake no Hana series and the wheat of Weizen.
When you put it in your mouth, the soft texture of the sake lees and the mellow flavor of wheat spread across your tongue. A slight sourness follows, giving it a refreshing, well-balanced finish.
In addition, it has almost no bitterness derived from hops, making it easy to drink even for those who don't like the bitterness of regular beer.

Sushi
Sake no Hana Weizen, characterized by its gentle aroma and subtle acidity, is recommended as a light and carefully flavored accompaniment to sushi.
It has almost no bitterness, so you can enjoy the original flavor of the topping. Also, the moderate acidity of the beer blends perfectly with the sourness of the vinegar in the rice, bringing the whole dish together in a pleasant way.
It goes well with mild white fish such as sea bream, and slightly sour pressed sushi and chirashi sushi, and enjoying them together will create a delicious moment.
