~Until this beer is made~

In search of a taste that brings out the feeling of Japan
We want to enrich the experience of people visiting Japan. We want them to gain a deeper understanding of the charms of Japan through beer. With this in mind, we first conducted a survey of 100 foreign visitors to Japan. We conducted detailed interviews about Japanese food culture as well as their favorite beer styles. The idea of a sake-based beer came from the feedback that "I'm interested in beer that has the aroma of ginjo sake."
Savor the delicious flavor of sake yeast and sake lees, enjoy the aroma that lingers in the glass, and enjoy it with Japanese food.
The Sakanohana series aims to be the beer that will amaze you three times: by drinking it, by fragrant it, and by pairing it with other drinks, making it the most enjoyable beer in the world to enjoy Japanese food.
"Sake no Hana" means sake yeast and sake lees, and we hope that this series will not only be a very Japanese experience, but also provide an auspicious experience.

Sake no Hana REDALE, the fifth in the "Sake no Hana Series," was developed as a companion to sukiyaki, a traditional Japanese delicacy that combines the Western culture of meat-eating with the Japanese culture of seasoning with soy sauce and sugar.
It has a slightly bitter, burnt caramel-like aroma from the roasted malt, combined with a refreshing muscat-like flavor from the hops, resulting in a harmonious blend of aroma and lightness.
By combining the flavors of sake yeast and sake lees, which are characteristic of the Sake no Hana series, we have succeeded in further enhancing the umami and sweetness of the meat ingredients.

Sukiyaki
Sake no Hana Red Ale has a caramel-like aroma and a crisp taste, making it a recommended accompaniment to sukiyaki.
The savory sweetness of the meat grilled in the warishita sauce is perfectly matched with the caramel-like aroma unique to red ale. The flavor of the sake lees further enhances the umami and sweetness of the meat.
It goes well with marbled meat, and the aftertaste is not too heavy and has a sharp taste that balances the richness of the fat. It's the perfect drink for those times when you want to enjoy the rich flavor of meat without getting tired of eating.
