Sake no Hana SESSION IPA

Go to purchase page

A drinkable, refreshing session IPA.
It is light yet has a rich, spicy aroma.
This beer has a harmonious blend of the subtle ester aroma produced by sake yeast and sake lees and the aroma of hops.

We recommend having this with curry. The spiciness and oiliness of curry is harmoniously combined with the spice and lightness of hops, making you want to take another sip.

Session IPA:
A light and easy-to-drink beer style with vibrant aromas of citrus and tropical fruits derived from hops.
It has a mild bitterness and a clear aftertaste, making it an invigorating drink that you can enjoy no matter how many cups you have.

~Until this beer is made~

In search of a taste that brings out the feeling of Japan

We want to enrich the experience of people visiting Japan. We want them to gain a deeper understanding of the charms of Japan through beer. With this in mind, we first conducted a survey of 100 foreign visitors to Japan. We conducted detailed interviews about Japanese food culture as well as their favorite beer styles. The idea of a sake-based beer came from the feedback that "I'm interested in beer that has the aroma of ginjo sake."

Savor the delicious flavor of sake yeast and sake lees, enjoy the aroma that lingers in the glass, and enjoy it with Japanese food.
The Sakanohana series aims to be the beer that will amaze you three times: by drinking it, by fragrant it, and by pairing it with other drinks, making it the most enjoyable beer in the world to enjoy Japanese food.

"Sake no Hana" means sake yeast and sake lees, and we hope that this series will not only be a very Japanese experience, but also provide an auspicious experience.

The third installment of the Sake no Hana series is a drink that aims to be paired better with meals.
This time, the theme is curry, an essential part of the Japanese diet.
We focused on the three elements of curry - spice, richness, and oiliness - and chose a session IPA that stands out for its spiciness and freshness, which would bring out the best in each of these elements.

It goes perfectly with spicy curry, as well as Japanese curry with its subtle ester flavor from sake lees and sweet apple taste. It has been well-balanced to be flexible and suitable for a variety of curry styles.

It has a low alcohol content but a rich aroma, so even those who don't like beer can enjoy it.
