In search of a taste that brings out the feeling of Japan

We want to enrich the experience of people visiting Japan. We want them to gain a deeper understanding of the charms of Japan through beer. With this in mind, we first conducted a survey of 100 foreign visitors to Japan. We conducted detailed interviews about Japanese food culture as well as their favorite beer styles. The idea of ​​a sake-based beer came from the feedback that "I'm interested in beer that has the aroma of ginjo sake."

The Sakanohana series aims to be the beer that will amaze you three times: by how you drink it, how it smells, and how it pairs with other drinks, and that will make Japanese food the most enjoyable in the world.

"Sake no Hana" means sake yeast and sake lees, and we hope that this series will not only be a very Japanese experience, but also provide an auspicious experience.
