~Until this beer is made~
In search of a taste that brings out the feeling of Japan
We want to enrich the experience of people visiting Japan. We want them to gain a deeper understanding of the charms of Japan through beer. With this in mind, we first conducted a survey of 100 foreign visitors to Japan. We conducted detailed interviews about Japanese food culture as well as their favorite beer styles. The idea of a sake-based beer came from the feedback that "I'm interested in beer that has the aroma of ginjo sake."
Savor the delicious flavor of sake yeast and sake lees, enjoy the aroma that lingers in the glass, and enjoy it with Japanese food.
The Sakanohana series aims to be the beer that will amaze you three times: by drinking it, by fragrant it, and by pairing it with other drinks, making it the most enjoyable beer in the world to enjoy Japanese food.
"Sake no Hana" means sake yeast and sake lees, and we hope that this series will not only be a very Japanese experience, but also provide an auspicious experience.
The second release in the "Sake no Hana Series" is an English pale ale with a bitter and malty flavor, which aims to harmonize better with sake lees and bring out the estery flavor and natural sweetness of the sake lees to the fullest.
Furthermore, together with a Japanese food professional, we researched the best accompaniments to pale ale, and concluded that yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) would be the perfect match, as they can be enjoyed slowly at a slightly higher temperature and have an exquisite charred and salty taste.
This is a dish that you can enjoy slowly, trying to find which part of the salty yakitori goes best with beer.

Yakitori (salt)
The charcoal-grilled aroma and salty yakitori go well with Sake no Hana Pale Ale, which has a malty sweetness and a bitter aftertaste.
The rich malt flavor of Sake no Hana Pale Ale blends perfectly with the savory flavor and saltiness of the yakitori, creating an exquisite balance. The bitterness of the beer also neutralizes the oiliness, leaving a clean aftertaste that will make you want to keep eating more and more.
It goes especially well with salt-seasoned yakitori, bringing out its delicious flavor even more.
